Motuvia helps you locate public EV charging stations. The app processes your device location while you use map features so we can fetch nearby chargers from Open Charge Map, a third-party directory. We do not use your location for advertising or sell it to data brokers.

Data we process
- Location (when permitted): used on-device and in-session to query nearby chargers and estimate distance.
- Account (optional): if you use Google Sign-In, Google may share basic profile identifiers with the app as described by Google's policies.
- Preferences and notes: filters, favourites, and profile fields you enter are stored locally on your device.
- Technical: network requests to APIs (maps, charger directory) inherently involve transient IP addresses and metadata handled by infrastructure providers.
Open Charge Map
Station listings are fetched from Open Charge Map. Their terms and privacy notices apply to that service.
Retention
Locally stored favourites and preferences remain on your device until you clear app storage or uninstall the app.
Children
Motuvia is not directed at children under 13 (under 16 where GDPR youth rules apply).

We may update this page from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects material edits.
