By downloading or using Motuvia (“App”), you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the App. These terms are between you and Scorion Labs.
Use of information
Charging station data comes from Open Charge Map and may be inaccurate or stale. Locations, availability, pricing, and connectors are provided by operators and third parties. Verify details before relying on them. Map tiles and routing are provided by respective platform and map vendors under their licenses.
No warranty
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We are not liable for damages arising from reliance on charger data or navigation.
Conduct
Do not interfere with APIs, scrape at abusive rates, or reverse-engineer the App to circumvent limits.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may discontinue or update functionality with or without notice.
