Frequently asked questions

Location not working? Check your device's location permission for Motuvia in system settings. The app needs location access to find nearby chargers.
No stations showing? Increase the search radius under Filters, or pan the map to another area. Coverage varies by region.
Wrong charger info? Station data originates from Open Charge Map. Report inaccuracies through their platform when possible.
Sign-in issues? Google Sign-In is optional. Core map features work without an account. You can skip setup entirely.
Is my location sold to advertisers? No. Location is used only to discover nearby stations. See our privacy policy for details.
